For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public car park. Supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course 11 km, tennis 8 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
