Private: small garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, courtyard, swimming pool angular (3 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Bella Tierra in El Verger you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
