The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV (internationale zenders) and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: garden 1'100 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. Shop 8 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 10 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 10 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Puesta del Sol in El Ràfol d'Almúnia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
