The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors) and an air conditioner.

Simple holiday development "Alkabir Playa". Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of El Campello, in a sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: garden plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 5 m, depth 50 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Benidorm-Alicante" 300 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 36 km, Mundomar Benidorm 36 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 32 km, Terra Natura Benidorm 32 km, Alicante 17 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 30 km. Please note: no lift. Baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Alkabir Playa in El Campello you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
