On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Dénia, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.6 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bar 1.7 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
