The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 11 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop 300 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 250 m, café 250 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 250 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Luz del Mediterráneo in Dénia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
