Large, very beautiful, very comfortable semi-detached house "Jardines de Denia V", 2 storeys. Les Marines 7 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant, café 450 m, sandy beach "Platja de l'Estanyó" 50 m. There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Jardines de Denia V in Dénia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
