The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the loggia, to the patio, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm), kitchen corner, shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 7 m2, terrace 15 m2, patio 22 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
