Beautiful, comfortable house "Mareselva". In the district of Montgó, 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in an elevated position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property (fenced), garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, shower and WC, patio, arbour, pergola, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bar 1.3 km, bus stop 3.4 km, railway station 3.4 km, ferry 5.2 km, sandy beach 4 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
