Welcome to this charming apartment near the beach of Daimús, perfect for hosting 4 guests for a delightful seaside getaway.The property offers access to a shared chlorine swimming pool, measuring 10 meters in length and 5 meters in width, with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 2.1 meters. The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun.

Upon entering the flat, you can start your day with a cup of coffee in the fresh air on the furnished balcony, which offers a lovely sea view. Inside, the living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning (A/C) and features a comfortable sofa and armchair beside the TV. In this same space, you’ll find a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together.The kitchen, fitted with an induction hob, is fully equipped with all the utensils you’ll need to prepare delicious dishes during your stay.The flat offers two bedrooms: the master bedroom, with A/C, a wardrobe, and a double bed, and the second bedroom, which includes two single beds and a wardrobe. A complete bathroom with a bathtub serves the apartment.For families traveling with a baby, a cot can be provided upon request. Additional amenities include a washing machine and an iron, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
