The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is fitness equipment, a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors), a balcony, a sauna, an elevator, a terrace, a tennis court and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a freezer.

Comfortable residence "Casa de Ana". In the resort 2 km from the centre of Cullera, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (depth 50 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Jun. - 15.Sep. pool opening hours: 11:00-15:00 and 17:00-20:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Lift. Roofed, parking, public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 50 m, café 200 m, sandy beach "El Raco" 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. You can also relax, because near Casa de Ana in Cullera you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
