The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Benitachell: Large, very beautiful, comfortable house "Vista al Mar", 2 storeys, renovated. In the district of Cumbre del Sol, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), large garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Benitachell" 4.7 km, railway station "Teulada" 9.8 km, ferry "Denia" 23.6 km, pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Vista al Mar in Benitachell / El Poble Nou de Benitatxell you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
