For shared use: swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 140 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Playa d'Ampolla" 10 km, shingle beach "Cala del Moraig" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
