The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a freezer.

In the district of Cumbre del Sol 8 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, depth 100 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Parking. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 700 m, sandy beach "Playa Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families.

There is a lake/open water less than 2,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Cielo Azul in Benitachell / El Poble Nou de Benitatxell you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
