In the district of Cumbre del Sol 5.5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 2 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casa Megin in Benitachell / El Poble Nou de Benitatxell you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
