The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), an air conditioner, a garden (fenced) and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool secured, fenced (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Parking. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 100 m, railway station "Benidorm" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, walking paths from the house 400 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
