In addition there is a barbecue, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large, comfortable villa "Corona", 2 storeys, built in 2004. In the district of Monte Corona, Beniarbeig, 15 km from the centre of Dénia, on top of a hill, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, sandy beach 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Corona in Beniarbeig you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
