General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a toilet, a shower, a bath and a washbasin.

The exterior area is beautiful. It features a furnished terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, a fully equipped porch, barbecue, fruit trees and beautiful views of nature.

The house of 90 m2 is distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and two with two single beds. One bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite and there's a second bathroom with a bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very cozy. It offers one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, an air conditioning and a fireplace. The dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the kitchen with gas stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, in a quiet surroundings and only 17 km from the beach of Gandia.

Located between the mountains of Buixarró and Mondúver, we can find a perfect places for speleology, cycling, hiking, etc. We recommend you to visit " La Nevera" (the refrigerator), the construction of the mid eighteenth century, used to store the snow; the houses of "La Drova" with its "Basses", "Parpalló caves" or the "Malladetes".

"La Ruta dels Monestirs" (the route of the monasteries) is a cultural tourist itinerary which runs through the central regions of Valencia, joining five former convents or monasteries, the Ducal Palace in Gandia. Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
