Welcome to this beautiful house with magnificent mountain views, situated in Barx. It accommodates 6 people.
The exterior area is beautiful. It features a furnished terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, a fully equipped porch, barbecue, fruit trees and beautiful views of nature.

The house of 90 m2 is distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and two with two single beds. One bedroom comes with a shower-bath en-suite, and there's a second bathroom with a bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very cozy. It offers one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, an air conditioning and a fireplace. The dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the kitchen with gas stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, in a quiet surrounding and only 17 km from the beach of Gandia.

Located between the mountains of Buixarró and Mondúver, we can find a perfect places for speleology, cycling, hiking, etc. We recommend you to visit" La Nevera" (the refrigerator), the construction of the mid-eighteenth century, used to store the snow; the houses of "La Drova" with its "Basses", "Parpalló caves" or the "Malladetes".

"La Ruta dels Monestirs" (the route of the monasteries) is a cultural tourist itinerary which runs through the central regions of Valencia, joining five former convents or monasteries, the Ducal Palace in Gandia.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
