General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

The outside of the house is a true paradise. You can enjoy the private chlorine pool with dimensions of 10 metres long by 5 metres wide and a depth that varies between 1 and 1.40 metres. It is perfect for hot days and if not you can cool off in the outdoor shower for extra comfort. Relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue with your companions.

The house is located on an elevated first floor level that can only be accessed by stairs. Inside you will find an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to relax and entertain. Two guests can relax on the double sofa bed in the living room. The dining area is open to the living room and the induction hob is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom also with a double bed. All of them have a fan for the hottest nights. There is also a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery of the Sierra de Corbera, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquillity, nature and an authentic atmosphere. It is located at an altitude of 373m, providing spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area. Gastronomy is another of the area's attractions, offering typical Valencian dishes such as paella, baked rice and fideuà made with fresh, local ingredients. Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
