The house has an open plan living area with modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All on one level. The accommodation offers privacy, a beautiful pool with direct access from the house to the relaxing terrace. From the pool area and terrace there are wonderful mountains views. Secure gated parking.
A few minutes’ drive from the village of Altea La Vella where there are shops, local supermarket, cosmopolitan restaurants, and a couple of kilometers from Altea main town and the beach of La Olla offering a great variety of water sports. The blue flag beaches of Calpe and Moraira are only 20 minutes’ drive away.
Altea with its beautiful micro climate for winter or summer vacations.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
