Pueblo Mascarat: Beautiful apartment block "Altea Dorada", 4 storeys. 7 km from the centre of Altea, 5.5 km from the centre of Altea la Vella, 4 km from the centre of Calpe, in an elevated position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (25 x 15 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
