This beautiful house located in the La Torre Golf Resort complex, 15 km from Los Alcázares or 17 km from San Javier, within a completely secure urbanization, the complex has a spectacular golf course.

It has accommodation capacity for 4 people, distributed over 2 floors, the ground floor, which has a large porch, with space where you can park your car and also be able to go out, get some fresh air, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, with shower, sink and bidet, 1 large living-dining room, with chaise longue sofa facing a large television, and has a table with chairs, for family meals or with friends and a fully equipped kitchenette, with fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, ... where you can prepare delicious meals, a covered terrace at the back, with a table and chairs, where you can cook outdoors on the barbecue and spend unforgettable evenings.

On the upper floor there is 1 double bedroom, built-in wardrobe, 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink and bidet, and a beautiful terrace, with deck chairs, where you can enjoy the sun of our area, it also has spectacular views of the golf course and lake.

This accommodation has an optional sheet and towel service, to be paid upon arrival at the accommodation, depending on the number of people requesting it. This service costs €10 per person per stay. At the time of booking you must indicate whether you will require this service or wish to use your own sheets and towels and therefore you will not be charged.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
