The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single sofa beds, a double bed, four single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with three air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, two showers, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a garage and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a stove and a microwave.

The master suite offers a fan, wardrobe, and a comfortable double bed, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. Two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, a fan, and a wardrobe, provide ample space for guests. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the apartment. The home is accessible to individuals with reduced mobility, thanks to an adapted staircase. Practical amenities like a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided, and a crib and high chair are available upon request for those traveling with babies.

Located in Bolnuevo, part of the Mazarrón municipality in Murcia, the apartment is close to vast beaches and the stunning "Las Gredas" rock formation. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities, including hiking and cycling. Local restaurants offer fresh seafood and traditional cuisine.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
