The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a table tennis table, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a swimming pool (outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot.

There is a lake/open water less than 900 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Emma Seaview in Cartagena you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
