The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a doubter bed, two double beds or two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a CD player and a DVD player. In addition there is a table tennis table, an atmospheric fireplace, a set of garden furniture, a jacuzzi, a garden and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with three massage showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

This impressive, avant-garde style luxury holiday home was designed by a famous local architect and located on the coast of Sanxenxo. The panoramic ocean views are spectacular and the property is ideal for a holiday with family and friends.

The sunny house is located in a green and quiet area, at a less than 10 minutes walk from the famous beach of Montalvo and the nudist beach Bascuas. In Sanxenxo you can go karting, enjoy water sports, horseback riding, rent a boat and enjoy guided tours to Ons Island and Casino Toxa.

All bedrooms have ocean views and a private salt water pool is available all year round (heated from mid-June to late September). The house has electric shutters, motorized windows, a 3D LED TV, WiFi, TV in the bedrooms and a hydromassage bath with aromatherapy. Enjoy a relaxing bath with a view of the islands of the National Park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
