The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, four showers, a bath and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Surrounded by lush landscapes, the area offers easy access to Ourense’s thermal baths and historic attractions like the Cathedral of San Martiño, the Plaza Mayor, and the Roman Bridge. The nearby Ribeira Sacra, known for its stunning Sil River canyons and medieval monasteries, is a must-visit for nature and history lovers.

The vacation home features a lovely garden and a private 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. Inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, coffee makers, oven, and all the utensils needed for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk for remote work, with a second living room and additional dining table perfect for gatherings. The house includes four bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional double-bed rooms, and a bedroom with two single beds. There are three more bathrooms, each with a shower, and one with a hairdryer. Families with young children can request a crib and high chair.

The home also offers a private garage, central heating, and a pet-friendly policy (small pets under 6 kg allowed). Please note, no parties or events allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
