Beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Urdaibai", renovated in 1996. In a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area, 8 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: property, beautiful garden 300 m2 with lawn and trees. Pergola (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 3.5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Tennis 3.5 km. There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Urdaibai in Busturia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
