The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a double bed or two single beds, three single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool, a pond, a barbecue, a balcony and a boules court and there are two air conditioners, two gardens, two sets of garden furniture and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two washing machines, a tumble dryer, two fridge-freezers and two fridges.

Through an entrance gate you enter the spacious parking lot of the site. The main entrance of the villa can be reached from here. From the swimming pool you have a magnificent view of the Montgó mountain, a piece of pure nature of 753 meters high. The glow at sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. In the garden there is also a covered patio and a petanque court with all the necessary equipment.

Villa Fairmont is only 5 kilometers from the beautiful sandy Arenal beach with a beautiful boulevard and nice terraces, lounge areas and restaurants. The La Sella Golf Resort & Spa is only 6 kilometers away from the villa. Nearby there are some gastronomic restaurants, much loved by the locals.

On the first floor is the living/dining room and on the right the separate large kitchen. Additional storage space can be found in the pantry. The living room is modern and attractively furnished with a comfortable sitting area, television with international channels and a Netflix connection. On the other side is the dining area with an extendable table. Through the sliding doors you enter the covered terrace (naya) with a beautiful lounge area and a small dining area. Once outside you can enjoy a unique view from the terrace. There is space for 5 vehicles on the property. The separate modern kitchen has all the necessary facilities including a coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The pantry provides a washing and drying machine and an extra refrigerator. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating for winter. Wi-Fi is also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
