The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a patio, a tennis court, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Outside the resort, 8 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (4 x 10 m, depth 90 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
