Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, sandy beach "Benidorm" 8.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 8,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus mit Pool (ATE250) in La Nucia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
