Start your day with energy enjoying a great breakfast at the terrace of this apartment while you admire the sea and think about the wonderful day at the beach that you have ahead. In fact, it is going to be even better because you just have to grab your towel, a soft drink and appetiser and walk about less than 5 minutes to the beach which only is 300 metres away. In addition, you have also the possibility of a cool dip in the chlorine-shared pool either before or after going out. The pool size is 14 x 5.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. There also is a children's pool sized 5 x 2.5 metres and with 0.5 metres of water depth.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. It is spacious, beautiful and cosy. Here, you can watch TV, listen to some music, chat or enjoy your meals all together while you admire the landscape. The kitchen is independent and well cared and it offers a ceramic hob, oven and all needed utensils to cook. Next, you find the laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation features a shower bathroom as well as two bedrooms with twin beds and a closet each. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living. The apartment has 2 column fans. Finally, we can also prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
