Two dormitories have air conditioning. In case there are two more guests, we can provide you with a double sofa-bed. The accommodation is completed with another bathtub bathroom, two fans, two radiators, a cot and a high chair. Note: This renting does not accept customers under 25 years old, except when they travel with their parents. We do need ID copies of each person in order to be able to accept the booking. Your pets are welcome as long as it does not weigh more than 30 kilos. The holding of events is forbidden. There are two parking place at the property. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
