Villa Els Cipresos is a house located in a quiet residential area (Puigventós), 7 Km from center of Lloret de Mar and 8 Km from the beach. The complex has a great private club, with tennis courts, swings for the children, swimming pools and bars. Exclusive use for the clients.

The property spans 295m² on a 1,070m² plot and is divided into two sections: an independent house and four separate apartments. The house can be rented on its own (maximum 6 guests) or combined with one or more apartments (each apartment accommodates 2 people). The villa can host a total of 6 to 14 guests.

In this offer, the house comes with three apartments, accommodating up to 12 people. During August, the house must be rented together with all four apartments, allowing for a maximum capacity of 14 guests.

The house features a dining room with a fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine), three bedrooms (2 with double beds: 135x190cm, and 1 with twin beds: 90x190cm), and two bathrooms with showers (one located in the garage). The property also includes a well-maintained garden, a private enclosed swimming pool, and a built-in barbecue.

Each apartment is equipped with two single beds (90x190cm), a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, electric stove), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a private terrace. There is also a shared washing machine available for all four apartments.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
