The Pierre et Vacances Estartit Playa Residence offers a vibrant seaside escape in the heart of Estartit, Costa Brava. Ideal for both family and group holidays, this residence is surrounded by 5 km of fine sandy beaches and rocky coves. The residence features three buildings with fully renovated, air-conditioned apartments designed for comfort, including a balcony to enjoy the sun.
Guests can relax in the outdoor pool or the smaller children's pool, or head to the beach just 250 meters away. For those seeking adventure, the area offers hiking, biking, and five nearby golf courses. The port and pedestrian area, 900 meters away, offer shops, a market, and restaurants.
Each apartment includes an equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double or two single beds, a shower room, and a WC. Amenities such as bed linen, bathroom towels, and basic Wi-Fi are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding kitchen and dishes). Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and parking is available (subject to availability). A tourist tax is charged on-site.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
