Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 x 1 bunk beds (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre 19 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 150 m, bakery 400 m, café, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Renfe Torredembarra" 350 m. Sports harbour 1.7 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 30 km, Aquopolis 35 km, Jungle Trek 9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bassa de les Olles 85 km, Embalse de Siurana 60 km, Pantano de Foix 33 km. Hiking paths: La Musara 56 km. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: main road 500 m from the property. Airfield 30 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
