Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Distant view of the sea and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Mas Mora 7 km from Blanes: Very cosy, simple house "Panoramic", 2 storeys. In a sunny position on top of a hill, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking on the road. Shop 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bakery 7 km. Sports harbour 8 km. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 68 km, Girona 40 km, Marinland 9 km, Water World lloret 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
