The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a patio, a table tennis table, a terrace, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Bell Lloc 3 km from Sta Cristina d'Aro: Very cosy house "Gavarres", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 8 km from the sea. Private: well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Table tennis, boules, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking at the house on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 3 km, sandy beach "Playa de Sant feliu de guixols" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, cycle lane 500 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Acuatico Aquadiver 8 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Gavarres in Santa Cristina d'Aro you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
