For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 15.Jun. and 31.Aug.). Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 550 m, restaurant 400 m, café 500 m, bus stop "Avda. S'Agaro/Parc de Les Dunes" 200 m, railway station "Girona" 34 km, sandy beach "Sant Pol" 100 m. Sports harbour 1.6 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Camí de Ronda - Calas bonitas 400 m, Centro Platja d'Aro (tiendas) 2 km, Via Ferrata - Cala del Molí 3 km, Aquadiver Parc 5 km, Mirador del Pinell 1.4 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
