The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a patio and a swimming pool and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins and four showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stovetop.

Just steps away is the private 5 x 10 metre swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious solarium area with teak sun loungers and parasols, providing an ideal space to unwind and soak up the sun.

The villa is perfectly located for enjoying the natural beauty of the area, with Cala Vadella’s beach and the charming village of San José nearby. You can also explore the island’s picturesque coastline and enjoy the scenic hikes, or visit the renowned beaches of Cala D’Hort and Es Vedrà, both just a short drive away.

Cleaning breakdown: For weekly bookings, a midweek housekeeping service with swimming pool and garden maintenance is included.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
