Exit to the terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n M: 2,80x1,90x4,50 (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. TV only FR. No lift. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
