This apartment complex, consisting of two buildings, each with a shared outdoor pool, is located on a water canal in the quiet district of Santa Margarita. From the balconies of the multi-storey houses you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the mountains in the hinterland. In Type A and Type B, wooden furniture was preferred for the neat interior design. The modernly equipped type C is located in the second apartment building, which was newly built in 2014. The floors are tiled in all accommodation. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the beautifully landscaped beach promenade are in the immediate vicinity. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
