In the district of Barrà 600 m from the centre of Roda de Barrà, 10 km from the centre of Torredembarra/Calafell, 25 km from the centre of Tarragona, on top of a hill, in the residential district, 800 m from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (30 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Pool house, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Sant Vicenc de Calders" 6 km, railway station "Sant vicenc de Calders" 6 km, sandy beach "Playa Llarga" 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus mit Pool (RDB100) in Roda de Berà you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
