The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a balcony, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), a terrace and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. Private: natural state property, well-kept garden (fenced) 300 m2, swimming pool angular (11 x 5 m, depth 96 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Pergola, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (ramp). Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
