Terraced house "Brasil", 2 storeys, built in 2017. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Llafranc, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property, natural garden, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 30 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 4 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Playa de Llafranc" 1 km. There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Brasil in Palafrugell you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
