General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, an air conditioner, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. There is a lake/open water less than 3,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casa Paloma 2 in Mont-roig del Camp you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
