The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Very cosy, comfortable country house "Rabic", renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Maçanet de la Selva, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the edge of the forest, 18 km from the sea, 18 km from the beach. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing), roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km. Nearby attractions: Lloret de mar 18 km, Waterworld 17 km, Girona 30 km, Marinland 20 m, Barcelona 80 km. Hiking paths: Maçanet de la Selva 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

There is a lake/open water less than 18 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Rabic in Maçanet de la Selva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
