Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Arbour (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, café 5 km. Nearby attractions: Tossa de mar 30 km, Girona 30 km, Water World 20 km, Marin Land 22 km. Please note: car recommended. There is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Cap de Falco in Maçanet de la Selva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
