The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a patio, a terrace, a table tennis table, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

In a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 170 - 125 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table tennis, playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km. There is a lake/open water less than 16 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Can Pau in Maçanet de la Selva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
