The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Cosy, comfortable house "Aguilera". On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Maçanet de la Selva, in a sunny position, 20 km from the sea, 20 km from the beach. Private: property 600 m2, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Single garage. Shop 4 km, grocery 500 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 400 m, bakery 500 m. Nearby attractions: Marinland 21 km, Tossa de mar 32 km, Waterworld 21 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Aguilera in Maçanet de la Selva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
